Billing & Payment

Clients are expected to pay for each session at the start or end of session. Payment is accepted by Zelle, cash, credit card, or check made out to Allegra Parks. Out-of-network insurance plans usually have a deductible (a certain amount that clients must pay out of pocket before the insurance company will start to cover fees) and then covers services at a percentage. When seen out-of-network, I complete the necessary documentation for clients to pursue reimbursement directly from their insurance provider.

Session Fee

The standard fee is $250 per 45 minute individual session and $325 per 50 minute couples session. I offer a sliding scale option which can be discussed at the initial session.

Missed & Cancelled Sessions

Clients will be charged their regular session fee for the appointment if cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice or if a client does not cancel or attend a scheduled session, barring emergencies. If a cancellation is imperative I will do my best to reschedule.
